Tzatziki (yoghurt salad)
Ingredients
2 teacups of yoghurt concentrate, 1 small cucumber, 4 cloves of garlic crushed, 2 tbspns of olive oil, salt, pepper, a little vinegar, a little chopped dill (optional). |
Preparation
Grate the cucumber roughly then drain it well. Add all the other ingredients to the cucumber, mix well with a spoon and the Tzatziki is ready ! Tzatski is eaten cold as an hors d’œuvres or as an accompaniment. |
