Greeks eat quantity of starters called MEZEDES. During the "colonel's period", greeks ate their bad bread. they now take profit of munificence and abundance of Life. Don't be surprised if you see up to 10 MEZEDES dishes on the table where everyone helps oneself.

Tomatoes, olives, feta, chesses, grilled food, wine sleeves, jamaica peppers ; greek cuisine is really diversified. Saganaki, Tsatsiki, Horiatiki, let the waiter advise you and he'll make you discover all the best.

Don't bother about the price, let's say 10 euros p.p wine included. Talking about wines, try RETSINA and also those lush local whites, served by the pint, in real local taverns.

Don't forget to put your little coins on the little plate for the service.
